Enable Alerts

In order to enable BBNN alerts to your phone, there are just a few simple steps.


Step 1

Once you have registered your account, be sure to confirm your email address with us by checking the inbox of the email address you provided. Click the link and your account will be activated for use. Failure to do so will result in your account being removed. All unactivated accounts will be removed after 30 days.
Didn't receive the email? Make sure you check your spam folder for the email and add our email to your whitelist.

Step 2

Once you have completed the first step, you may sign into your account at alerts.baltimorenewsnetwork.com using the email and password you provided when you registered.

Step 3

Now that you are signed in, you may click the "my account" section at the top of the page on the right hand side. A dropdown box will appear, please click "alert settings"

Step 4

Now that you are on the account settings page, you may edit your information. Please input your cell phone number in the designated area if you would like to receive our alerts as a text message to your phone.

Next, select your cell phone carrier from the box provided (AT&T, Sprint, Verizon, etc). This must be accurate in order to receive the alerts.

Finally, you may select the "Receive txt alerts?" box and click yes or no depending on whether you would like to receive our alerts as a text message. In the next box you may do the same for the "Receive Email Alerts" box.

And last but not least, be sure to click the "Update Alert Settings" to save your changes. If you would ever like to make a change, you may login and go through the process again.
